SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SAUDI ARABIA Primary purpose of the role Working in conjunction with the ME BD team this role is responsible for developing and implementing the O and G and Industrial growth strategy within the country, as well as the Healthcare/FMCG business - in line with the agreed strategy, building a pipeline of opportunities and delivering new business revenues and profit within the sector. Key Accountabilities Develop opportunities mainly within Oil & Gas/Industrial Sectors/Healthcare Sectors Focus on solution design and implementation of mega projects Facilitate project kick-off and transition planning Maintain opportunity conversion rate @ 20% (of total potential opportunities) Manage BD funnel and associated update locally/regionally/internationally Maintain progress move within BD funnel @ 5% monthly (progress vs. total opportunity) Develop appropriate targeting plans for key targets Using the Account Management tools build relationships with key clients and targets Promote and develop the DHL brand Represent the ME on country accounts, working in line with the account plan and strategy Develop a consistent method for pipeline development (size & quality) and monitoring of growth achieved Coordination with the ME BD team to ensure accuracy of reporting and operating in line with the strategy Retain and Grow business in line with Integrated Business Plan targets Establish DHL as the preferred supplier of Supply chain services into the sectors Accuracy and completion of account plans
