Our client is a leading Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager for a large prestigious site in Crawley. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a full range of hard & soft services to the site and maintaining the current high levels of customer satisfaction. Also you will be required to identify & develop further business opportunities in order to maximise revenue streams from the contract. You will come from a technical background & hold a minimum ONC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. It is essential your background includes substantial experience in Facilities Management, Budgetary Control, People Management, Excellent communication skills, Excellent Customer Management skills & proven Leadership skills.
