Building Services Supervisor jobs in West London

Our Client is a leading Building Services company, who are looking to recruit a Building Services Supervisor to work in the West London area. It is essential that you have suitable Electrical qualifications as well as Legionella (L8). You will look after a team of 6 maintenance engineer's consisting of electrical, mechanical & fabric engineers. You will organise & manage PPM schedules, respond to reactive works, adhere to health & safety, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, assisting of budget control, insuring SLAs are met & generally overseeing a smooth delivery of service by the maintenance team. Knowledge of cooling towers is essential.
