Our client is a well established and market leading construction company in the Gulf region. They have more than 40 years of experience as a Heavy Civil Building and Infrastructure Contractor and now employ in the region of 11,000 individuals all over the Gulf.

Due to their ever increasing workloads and an ambitious growth plan, our client is looking to appoint a senior HR manager/director with extensive experience with the civil/construction sector within the Gulf region.

Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a senior HR manager/director with extensive experience with the civil/construction sector within the Middle East. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the HR Department, recruitment and business processes. Additionally, they will be expected to address the company's incentive policies to attract and retain employees. They will also be the main driver in regards to performance management and will put in place the various KPI's to enable that to happen. The ideal individual will have previous UAE/Gulf experience, particularly in regards to the contracting environment, and will be an Arab speaker, preferably an Emirati national. Health & Safety will also come under the HR Directors mandate, so an individual with previous HSE and ISO experience would be an advantage.

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 10 years in HR management
