Proposals Leader jobs in Aberdeen

Our Client is one of the Oil & Energy industries leading subsea engineering companies. They are heavily involved in field development, existing IRM activities and specialist ROV projects. They have a large portfolio of clients and considered to be the best in the business at what they do.

This will be a very interesting and challenging role which you will report directly into the Proposal Manager. In this crucial role you will responsible for and involved in the follow areas:

- Technical & Commercial aspect of the Tender process
- Full understand of complete scope of works
- Key in developing variations of and to the scope of works
- High level presentation to external clients
- Identify and compile work scopes to 3rd party subcontractors
- Make, develop and encourage technical advances and suggestions
- Review and be familiar Operation Dept, design, drawing procedures to maintain company quality assurance programmes.

The Person

- Proven Proposals engineer whom is very familiar with all aspects of subsea engineering or offshore construction tendering
- Very conversant with technical and commercial aspects of scope of works
- Ideally Degree Educated BSc/BEng or equivalent and/or industry training experience.
- Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
- Good team player
