The Role

This is a real need for a Lead Structural Engineer to form part of a expert project team for a long term project in Qatar, in this crucial role you will be involved with and lead on the following:

• Lead, supervise and support structural actives for the project
• Be part of the lead technical team with regards to technical and commercial progress of the job
• Responsible for the level of technical expertise and delivery of technical accuracy
• Manage team of engineers
• Client interface and maintaining professional standards

The Person

The successful incumbent will posses some or if not all of the following:

• Proven background as a structural engineer within the Offshore engineering field
• Degree educated ideally with an MSc
• Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable
• Capable of operating at a management level
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Strong will and desire to succeed
