Managing Estimator jobs in Abu Dhabi

Our client is a well established and market leading construction company in the Gulf region. They have more than 40 years of experience as a Heavy Civil Building and Infrastructure Contractor and now employ in the region of 11,000 individuals all over the Gulf.

Due to their ever increasing workloads and an ambitious growth plan, our client is looking to appoint a Managing Estimator to work in Abu Dhabi.

As Managing Estimator you will be responsible for taking control of every aspect of tenders for building and/OR civil engineering works from receipt of tender documents to submission including production of fully analyzed cost estimates. Responsible also for managing the team of Estimators on the project.

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Engineering Degree
• 15 years in Construction industry including 5 years estimating, two of which should have been spent at senior level.
• Computer Literate
• Fluent in English
• Total understanding of construction plant, methods and planning.
