Title: Integrity Team Leader
Our client in is an independent, international risk management organisation that works to improve its clients' quality, safety, environmental and business performance throughout the world. The services include independent inspection, certification, verification and validation, together with advanced engineering and risk management services. Our client has an established position as a market leader in the international Oil & Gas Sector, which is serviced by their Aberdeen operation. Key Responsibilities & Personal Attributes They are looking to appoint an Integrity Team Leader to provide day to day management to deliver an effective commercial service through a dept/office and to assess complex problems for external clients where the parameters are not well defined and to determine solutions where previous experience does not provide any precedent. It will be the responsibility of the Integrity Team Leader to liaise with offshore inspection engineers and NDT personnel on a regular basis, also acting as focal point for communications with client onshore facilities engineering.
The successful applicant will have a degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline. You will also need a wide breadth and depth of knowledge within the petrochemical, inspection or engineering industry with proven skills in project management and be an effective verbal and written communicator. In depth knowledge of pressure vessel and pipework design and inspection codes of practice is required. A Chartered/European Engineer would be an advantage, as would commercial and financial awareness. |
