Job Description:
  • Attend Client's Pre-tender meeting.
  • Client's main point of contact during tendering period.
  • Perform initial review of the ITT and summarise Client's requirements and split of responsibilities in the case of Joint Venture partners.
  • Main in-house point of contact between the Commercial Department and Engineering, QA/Safety, Administration/Finance and Planning Departments and Joint Venture partners during tendering period.
  • Ensure the correct preparation of the tender by performing the overall co-ordination of the contractual, commercial and technical inputs to the tender.
  • Prepare responses to and attend clarification meetings with Client during the tender negotiation period.
    Draw up with Client an acceptable contract for signing.
  • In the case of a "Letter of Intent", in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager, finalise with Client and acceptable contract for signing.
  • Upon award of a contract, release signed contract, all tender negotiations correspondence and tender documents to the assigned Project Manager.
  • After contract award, liaison with the Project Manager during the execution of the work for interpretation of contract clauses, scope of work and variation orders.
