Initial Discussion

The process begins with the chance to chat with one of our experienced consultants. This allows you an understanding of how we operate and allows us an understanding of your career objectives.

Confidentiality

We pride ourselves on the quality relationships we have with both our candidates and clients. Your CV will not be passed on to any third parties without your approval. Sometimes it is necessary for us to withhold the name of the client until there is interest from both parties, however once this is established, full details of the position, salary and company will be advised.

Preparation and Advice

Before we put you forward for a position with one of our clients, we will make sure that you are totally prepared and equipped to attend an interview with them. We will provide you with full details of the role and the company along with company history and details of any particular projects you will be working on.
